- Identification – Acceptable forms of ID include: a drivers license or state issued ID, a US passport, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or Tribal ID Card
- The Unsigned Document – It is important that the document is signed in the presence of the notary. Do not sign it before the notary arrives.
- Any required witnesses – Some documents require one or two witnesses. If you are not certain, please ask the notary at the time of booking.
The state of Florida dictates how much a notary can charge for each signing, but the notary is allowed to also charge for their travel time and additional fees for signings outside of standard business hours. The notary will provide a price prior to booking your notarization appointment.
Yes, our notaries understand that many signings will not be handled in an office setting. We are happy to travel to your location for signings. There will typically be a fee for travel time that will be disclosed prior to booking the appointment.
Our notaries each manage their own schedule, but we understand that circumstances often prohibit you from working withing normal business hours. You will find our notaries to be flexible with their hours, and they typically will be available evenings and weekends.
